I’ve started a diet, because my dress doesn’t fit just right and I’d like to lose a few pounds before the wedding. So, I’m buckling down and watching what I eat, I’ve created an exercise routine. I’ve even taken a “before” picture that I’ve put over my desk to remind me where I want to get away from. I thought about posting it on my other, other blog. But I kind of completely loathe everything about my body so I decided against that.
I’m hoping that this will give me a bit more confidence in myself mainly, but also I’d just like to be at a healthy weight. I’m not looking for a miracle or anything. Just a few pounds to make me feel better, and hopefully fit in my dress.
